With Mass Effect bagged on Monday, my next game to tackle was this. And what an absolutely outstanding game it was! I didn’t really enjoy the demo when I played that a while back, but now having played the full game I can see why – you miss some of the first part of the game out, and are chucked into a later bit too early. The story is done! The day has been saved! There’s still many, many hours of game left as I’m only about 35% finished! I won’t say much about the ending, because, well, spoilers. Hmm. About a year ago, this PS3 game looked really good, and I was a little jealous that it wasn’t coming out on the 360. Having seen lots more of it now, and realising that the “you’re just some average guy” premise is nonsense, it just seems like a cross between Gears of War and Tomb Raider Legend without actually being as good as either.
